CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy conditions and process carefully to understand the information and guidelines about your rights and obligations. We make every effort to service the order/s placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each product/ Services. If the order is not delivered due to unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the vendors then the order shall be cancelled and refunded.
The order may be cancelled for any of the following reasons:
- If time of service delivery you booked is no longer convenient to you
- On customers request
- The address mentioned is not serviceable
- Any other reason beyond the control of 234 Services.
- Address found to be untraceable, wrong, incomplete, locked and customer not available
- The order may be cancelled before 5 hours from the service time using the option mentioned below

What about refund after cancellation?
You don’t have to worry as your payment is protected under 234 Services. We take anywhere from 7-14 working days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited in the same account from which you had made the payment from.
We have still not received the refund to my bank account. Why?
If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organizations for the same.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
